PS: For your info, Sandy Bay’s Long Beach and Nutgrove have been Hobart’s summer playgrounds since the early days of settlement. Here, dinghy sailors and sailboarders tackle the fresh sea breezes, families picnic or barbecue on the lawns and children enjoy a play in the ‘boat park’. Sometimes, if you are lucky, you can even meet a Carnival walking around... if you do, don't forget to greet her in my name! ;3 |
